1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to QueSoft Technologies (a unit of VergeVue Solutions). By accessing our website, purchasing a Local Digital Clarity Audit (₹2,000), or engaging our stage-based digital growth consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Consulting Philosophy & Scope

QueSoft Technologies operates on a "Diagnose before we prescribe" methodology. All engagements begin with our diagnostic clarity audit. Deliverables and timelines for subsequent implementation stages (Launch, Grow, Automate, Dominate) will be detailed in individual proposal scope documents.

3. 100% Client Asset Ownership

We believe local business owners must retain full control over their digital infrastructure. All domain registrations, website source code, Google Business Profiles, advertising accounts, and CRM customer databases created or managed by QueSoft Technologies remain 100% the property of the client upon settlement of agreed fees.

4. Local Digital Clarity Audit Guarantee

Our ₹2,000 Local Digital Clarity Audit is covered by the QueSoft Clarity Guarantee: If our 48-hour diagnostic report fails to identify at least 3 actionable missed opportunities for your business to acquire more local customers, we will refund your ₹2,000 audit fee immediately upon written request.

5. Payment Terms & Currency

All diagnostic fees and consulting services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Audit fees are payable upfront prior to report initiation. Retainer services for Stage 2–4 growth programs are billed monthly with zero long-term lock-in contracts unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While QueSoft Technologies employs industry-leading local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and conversion strategies, search engine algorithms (e.g., Google Maps ranking updates) are controlled by third parties. QueSoft Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party algorithm shifts beyond our reasonable control.
